Cancelation Policy

We will initiate contact at the time of your scheduled appointment. In the event that you do not answer, we will make two attempts to reach you. Failure to respond after the second attempt shall be deemed a missed appointment. Missed appointments are non-refundable, and any fees paid in advance shall be forfeited.
Please note that late attendance does not extend the duration of the appointment. All appointments will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, regardless of when the participant joins.
